Refund
At The Glass Reef, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@theglassreef.net within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order details and reason for return in your email.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund, excluding the original shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Returns for Shipping Damage
We understand the delicate nature of our glass creations. If you receive a piece that is broken or damaged, please notify us by sending clear images of the damage and packaging to info@theglassreef.net within 2 days of receiving your order. Upon receipt of the photo, we will promptly arrange for a replacement. We will create a close replica to the original item at no additional cost to you. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, creating a replacement can take up to two weeks.
